Bringing learning to life with Design Group Academy and University

Through the Design Group Academy and University programmes, Design Group Europe is setting the industry standard for investing in people. 

Founded in 2013, the Design Group Academy gives all team members access to training and qualifications in both hard and soft skills. Training is delivered on-site in specific learning environments, by a mix of internal and external educators. 

The Academy gives Design Group Europe employees a clear path for career development, and offers training to help them be more effective in their daily roles.

Running alongside Academy training, the Design Group University opens up learning and insights to the whole company, by inviting guest speakers to discuss their areas of expertise. 

These sessions – hosted twice per year – are used to spark new conversations, inspire team members, and give the whole business a chance to reconnect with colleagues new and old.
